Willow Cottage Carkeel

Willow Cottage is one of ours at Woodside Stables, near Carkeel in Cornwall. It's detached, so you're on your own. The cottage sleeps four, in two bedrooms, and there are two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well looked after.

The place has an open plan living area downstairs. The garden is private and enclosed, which is good if you've brought dogs. We allow up to two. There's also a private hot tub in the garden.

The site is 27 acres. There's a big shared lawn, a play area, a woodland walk, and a field. It's a rural spot, but you're only a couple of minutes from the A38, so getting around is straightforward.

A shop, pub, and restaurant are about two miles away in Saltash. For a beach, Freathy is roughly a 20 minute drive. The coast path is accessible from there if you want a walk.

Locally, Adrenaline Quarry is close by if that's your sort of thing. The Eden Project is about a 25 minute drive. St Mellion golf resort is five miles away. Plymouth is just over the Tamar Bridge, maybe 15 minutes by car.

Inside, it's got what you'd expect: TV, wifi, dishwasher, washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. Parking is right outside.
