Willow Cottage
This is Willow Cottage at Woodside Stables. It's a detached place near Carkeel, right by Saltash. You're on the Cornish side of the Tamar, just off the A38. It feels rural, but you're not miles from everything.
It sleeps four in two bedrooms. Both rooms have their own bathroom, which is handy. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and well looked after, not just basic.
The cottage has its own enclosed garden. There's also 27 acres of shared grounds around the stables. There's a big lawn, a play area, and you can walk into the woods and the field. It's good if you've got a dog, or kids who need to run about. You get a private hot tub with this one.
Inside, it's open plan downstairs. There's a dishwasher and a washing machine. The entrance is wheelchair accessible and the main facilities are on the ground floor.
The local shop and pub are about two miles away in Carkeel. For a beach, Freathy is about twenty minutes by car. You can get to the coast path from there.
If you're planning days out, the Eden Project is a solid choice. St Mellion golf course is about five miles away. Adrenaline Quarry is nearby if that's your sort of thing. Plymouth is just over the bridge, maybe a fifteen minute drive.
You can bring up to two dogs. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right outside.
