Beech Cottage is at Woodside Stables, just outside Saltash. It's one of a few cottages here, set on a farm. You get your own bit of garden, plus a big shared field and a woodland walk.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both with a double bed. Two bathrooms, which is handy. One is downstairs. It's got a 4 Star rating. The furnishings are good. It's clean and comfortable.
It's a single-storey cottage, so no stairs at all. The entrance has a small ramp, which makes it easier for wheelchairs or pushchairs. Inside, it's all on one level.
The space is open plan. Living room, kitchen, and dining area are together. There's a washing machine and a dishwasher. TV and Wi-Fi are included. Bedding and towels are too.
You can bring two dogs. The garden is enclosed. There's a BBQ and plenty of parking right outside.
The location is quiet and rural, but the A38 is only a couple of minutes away. That gets you everywhere. A shop and a pub are about two miles off.
The Eden Project is about a 25-minute drive. It's worth a visit. For a beach, Freathy is around 20 minutes by car. The south coast beaches, like Whitsand Bay, are closer than the north coast ones. St Mellion golf resort is ten minutes away if that's your thing.
