Barnhayes

Barnhayes is a detached cottage in Hartland village. It's a solid, no-nonsense place, good for a family or a few friends. Sleeps six, three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Has a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well-equipped.

The main bedroom is arranged a bit unusually. You walk through the en-suite shower room to get to it. It has patio doors out to the garden. There's a second double room and a twin room. The main bathroom upstairs has both a bath and a separate shower.

Downstairs there's a living room with a TV, and then an open-plan dining area with another lounge space off the kitchen. The kitchen has what you need. There's a separate utility room with a washing machine, which is handy.

The garden is enclosed and lawned. Good for sitting out or for kids and dogs. You can bring up to two dogs. There's parking on the drive.

Hartland itself is quiet. There's a shop and a couple of pubs you can walk to. The coast here is the main thing. It's rugged. Hartland Quay is about ten minutes away by car, where you can see the rock formations. Speke's Mill Mouth waterfall is nearby too.

If you want to explore, Clovelly is about a 15-minute drive. It's a steep, cobbled village, famous for its donkeys. For a big sandy beach, Westward Ho! is roughly 20 minutes away. Bude, over in Cornwall, is about half an hour. The South West Coast Path runs right through here for walking.

Everything for your stay is included: bedding, towels, WiFi, electricity. We provide a highchair and a stairgate. There's a BBQ you can use.
