Puffin House
Puffin House is a farmhouse near Titchberry, on the Hartland coast. It's on a working farm, but you have your own space. The house is old and listed, so the walls are thick and the floors aren't level. That's part of it.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms upstairs, two bathrooms. One bathroom is an en-suite shower room, so it's quite small. The other is a proper bathroom with a tub.
Downstairs, there's a living room and a good sized kitchen with a table. There's a range cooker, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. The front hall is big enough for boots and coats, and there's a desk there if you need to work.
Outside, there's a walled courtyard. It's private. The hot tub is out there.
You're about 200 yards from the South West Coast Path. You can be on the cliff path in five minutes. The coast here is proper rugged. National Trust Devon has details for some of the nearby beaches and walks.
The farm has a shared games barn with a pool table, table tennis, and skittles. Kids can run around in the field play area.
You can bring dogs. Up to three.
For days out, Bude is about half an hour north for surfing. Clovelly is a bit closer. Dartmoor and Exmoor are both within an hour's drive if you fancy a change from the coast.
What's here: bedding and towels, the hot tub, parking, the games barn, the enclosed courtyard garden. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well looked after.
