Ty Tarth
Ty Tarth is in Talysarn, near Caernarfon. It's a small cottage for up to three people. You get two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single high sleeper. There's one bathroom.
It's got a 3 Star rating. That means it's clean and comfortable, not luxurious. The stairs are a bit tricky. They're steep and narrow in places.
There's a wood burner in the living room. The kitchen has what you need for meals in. Outside, there's a garden on different levels. The top bit looks out over the valley.
You're right on the edge of Snowdonia. The Snowdonia National Park starts a few minutes' drive away. The Rhyd Ddu path up Snowdon is easy to get to from here.
Caernarfon Castle is about fifteen minutes by car. Dinas Dinlle beach is less than five miles away. You can drive to the Llyn Peninsula in under half an hour. For walks and ideas, National Trust Wales and Visit Wales have good information.
Facilities included are WiFi, TV, a washing machine, and bed linen. There's a cot and a highchair if needed. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome.
