Hayloft
The Hayloft is in Clynnog Fawr on the Llŷn Peninsula. It's a one-bedroom cottage that sleeps two.
You get a good view of the sea from here. The main room is open plan, kitchen and living area together. There's a log burner for cooler evenings. Upstairs is the bedroom and an en-suite shower room. The stairs are a typical cottage staircase, so they're a bit steep.
Outside is an enclosed garden with a table and chairs, and a barbecue.
It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well-equipped. Bedding and towels are included. There's a washing machine, dishwasher, cot, highchair, and stairgate if you need them. You can bring up to two dogs.
The beach is a few minutes' walk down the lane. For a longer sandy beach, Dinas Dinlle is a short drive away. You're right on the edge of Snowdonia National Park, so the walking and cycling from the door is excellent.
Within about half an hour you can drive to Caernarfon for the castle, or up to Nefyn for the Ty Coch Inn on the beach. Porthmadog and the Welsh Highland Railway are also in easy reach. For activities like go-karting or archery, Glasfryn Park is nearby.
