Rhandir-Mwyn is in Pontllyfni, near Caernarfon in Gwynedd. It's a detached bungalow, so everything's on one level. You've got the place to yourselves and there's eight acres around it. The views from the garden are good. You can see the coast, the mountains, and Anglesey.
It sleeps six people in three bedrooms. There's one bathroom with a shower. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well looked after. Because it's a bungalow, the doors and hallways are a decent width. No stairs to worry about.
The nearest beach is about a mile down the lane. It's stony, more for a wander than sunbathing. For a proper sandy beach, you'd drive to Dinas Dinlle or over to Anglesey. There's a pub that does food in Clynnog, a couple of miles away. Shops are in Pen y Groes, also about two miles.
Caernarfon is six miles. You've got the castle there, obviously. They've got a leisure centre with a pool, and a golf course. The town has supermarkets and places to eat.
You're right on the edge of Snowdonia for walking. The Llyn Peninsula is close by for more coast. Anglesey is about half an hour's drive over the bridge. For planning, the Snowdonia National Park website is useful, and Visit Wales has general information.
What's here: there's a dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi, and parking for a couple of cars. The garden has patio furniture. We include bedding. A cot and highchair are here if you need them. You can bring up to two dogs.
