Ty Cai
This is Ty Cai. It's in Bethesda Bach, on the edge of Snowdonia. It's a converted barn, so the rooms are big.
It sleeps eight, with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. It's got a 5 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well-finished. The garden is enclosed if you've got kids or dogs. You can bring up to two pets.
The big thing is the location. You're a few yards from the Wales Coast Path. A short walk along it gets you to a pebble and sand beach. The area here, Foryd Bay, is an RSPB reserve. You'll see a lot of birds.
For getting around, Snowdon is about 20 minutes by car. Zip World is also close. Caernarfon is four miles away. The castle is worth seeing and there are shops and places to eat. The Welsh Highland Railway starts there too.
If you surf, the coast at places like Porth Neigwl is within half an hour. For walking and climbing, the whole of Snowdonia National Park is on your doorstep.
For facilities, it has what you'd expect. Washing machine, dishwasher, wifi, TV. There's parking and an electric vehicle charger. A woodburning stove for colder evenings. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair.
