Y Potel Inc is in Dwyran, Anglesey. It means 'ink pot'. It's an old stone cottage with a slate roof from the 1700s.
It sleeps four people. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 5 Star rating, so the standard inside is very good. Underfloor heating and two woodburning stoves. Beams on the ceilings.
There's a good sized garden, not overlooked. It has a private hot tub with views over fields and woods. You're welcome to walk around the 75 acres of land it sits in.
The coastal path is less than a mile away. We're a little inland here, so for the beaches you'd drive. Newborough Beach and Forest are about ten minutes by car. The Menai Strait is close for rib rides or fishing trips.
Beaumaris is a short drive away. The castle is worth a look. The National Trust property Plas Newydd is nearby. The local shop is a couple of miles away in Llanfairpwll.
For a bigger trip out, Snowdonia is just over the bridge. That's about half an hour's drive.
Facilities wise: there's parking, a washing machine, a dishwasher, WiFi, and a cot and highchair if you need them. Bedding and towels are included. One well behaved dog is allowed.
