The Cottage Gallt Y Balch
The Cottage Gallt Y Balch is here on our farm. It's a bungalow, so everything's on one level. Detached, so it's just you. You get the enclosed garden and patio. It looks out over the Malltraeth estuary and marshes. On a clear day you can see straight across to the Snowdonia mountains.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom with a shower. It's a 3 Star place. Everything works, it's clean and warm. It's open plan.
You're on a working farm. You'll see the sheep. There's a pub half a mile down the lane. A shop is about a mile away. For a restaurant, you'll need to drive a couple of miles.
The coast is close. Sandy beaches, rocky bits, all that. It's about two miles to get to the water. This whole area is good for birds. Bring binoculars.
If you're driving, there's a lot within half an hour. The Sea Zoo is nearby. Plas Newydd house and gardens are National Trust. Beaumaris has the castle and a pier. For bigger days out, Caernarfon Castle, Snowdonia National Park, and Llandudno are all doable.
What's here: TV, washing machine, bedding included. There's a cot if you need it. BBQ outside. Parking right by the door. You can bring two dogs.
