Hafan
This place is called Hafan. It's in Aberffraw in Anglesey, North Wales.
It's a detached chalet, bungalow style. Two of you can stay. One bedroom, one shower room. It's got a Three Star rating. We take one well-behaved dog.
Honestly, it's nicer inside than it looks from the outside. It's all open plan. You get a good view from the front across the common and the dunes. On a clear day you can see Snowdonia.
It's right on the edge of the village, overlooking the river where it meets the sea. The main village beach is sandy and about a five minute walk. There's a much bigger beach, Traeth Mawr, about half a mile down the road. That one is huge when the tide's out.
The coastal path goes right past the property. You can walk along the rocky coast to Llanddwyn Island, sometimes called the Church in the Sea. It's a really good walk.
The village shop and pub are 50 yards away. The pub is handy. There's a restaurant three miles away if you want something more.
Parking is on site. There's a patio area and a garden that's just for you. It's got a TV, a washing machine, and all the bedding is included.
