West Lawn
This is West Lawn, our place in Rhosneigr on Anglesey. It's a detached bungalow, so everything's on one level. You can get seven people in, across four bedrooms.
The main thing is the garden. It leads straight out onto the big sandy beach. You don't have to cross a road or anything, you just open the gate and you're on it. The living room has patio doors that look right out over the sea.
It's got a 4 Star rating. That means it's well-equipped and comfortable. There are two bathrooms, which helps with a full house. We include the bedding and towels. For facilities, you've got the basics covered: parking, WiFi, a washing machine, dishwasher, and a woodburner for cooler evenings. We accept two well-behaved dogs.
The village is a couple of minutes' walk. There are a few shops, pubs, and a restaurant. They're handy. Rhosneigr itself is good for watersports, especially windsurfing. There's a golf course nearby too.
For days out, you're on Anglesey, so there's plenty of coast to explore. The National Trust looks after a few spots here. The whole island is good for nature reserves. You can drive across to the castles at Beaumaris or Caernarfon. The Snowdonia National Park is about half an hour away by car if you fancy some mountains.
