Bwthyn Y Borth

Bwthyn Y Borth is our place in Rhoscolyn on Anglesey. It's semi-detached, next to our house, but it's completely separate and private. You get the whole place and garden.

It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom with a walk-in shower. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable, it's clean. The stairs inside are quite steep, they're narrow cottage stairs. Just so you know.

The main thing is the view. It's up on the cliff looking straight out to sea. You can see the Snowdonia mountains in the distance. There's a path from the garden that goes directly down to our own little bit of private shoreline. There's a natural rock pool down there that fills with seawater at high tide.

For a pub, the White Eagle is about half a mile away. You can walk there along the coastal path in maybe twenty-five minutes. It's a nice walk. They do good food.

The beach at Rhoscolyn is a few minutes' walk. South Stack lighthouse and the RSPB reserve are about a fifteen minute drive. Holyhead is ten minutes by car for shops.

In terms of what's here: there's a woodburning stove, WiFi, a TV, a dishwasher and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking. No pets sorry.
