Glan Y Mor 1

This is Glan Y Mor 1 in Trearddur Bay on Anglesey. It's the bigger half of a semi-detached house, so it's got neighbours attached on one side. It's big, it sleeps twelve. Six bedrooms and five bathrooms, so you shouldn't have to queue.

The living room, kitchen and dining area are all upstairs on the first floor. That's where you get the best view. There's a big balcony off the living room. You can sit out there and look right over the beach. The beach is a Blue Flag one, which means it's clean.

The beach is literally through the garden gate at the back. It's about thirty seconds walk. The garden is enclosed, so it's safe for dogs and kids.

You can walk for miles along the coast from the door. The whole of Anglesey has a coastal path you can follow if you're feeling energetic. There's a shop about fifty yards away for basics. A pub and a restaurant are a five minute walk.

If you want things to do, there's sailing and diving in Trearddur. There are stables nearby for horse riding. Beaumaris is about a twenty minute drive. It's got a castle you can visit, Beaumaris Castle, and a lot of restaurants. There's also golf and fishing around here if that's your thing.

Inside, it's got everything you'd need. Washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV. There's a woodburning stove for cooler evenings. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. You can bring up to three dogs. Parking is on site for a few cars.

For planning days out, the Visit Anglesey site is useful, and for longer coastal walks, the National Trust Anglesey pages have good information.
