Lili Wen
This is Lili Wen. It’s one of three places here on the farm in Llanfachraeth. We converted the old farm buildings. It looks right out over the Alaw Estuary, so the view is just fields and water. It’s very quiet.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. Everything’s on the ground floor, so no stairs to worry about. It’s got a 4 Star rating. It’s comfortable and clean, with decent Wi-Fi and TV. The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine. You can bring two dogs.
The garden is enclosed and it’s just for you. There’s a patio with furniture. You can sit out there and look at the view. Parking is right outside.
There’s a shop and a pub about half a mile down the lane. The pub does food. The nearest beach, a sandy one, is about a mile away. The Anglesey Coastal Path runs close by, so you can walk from the door. You can fish on the estuary here if that’s your thing.
For a day out, Beaumaris is about 20 minutes by car. The castle and the pier are good. The Sea Zoo is also close. You can get boat trips from places like Holyhead to see puffins. If you want mountains, Snowdonia is about half an hour’s drive. The bridge to get there is just past Holyhead.
