Lodge Six
Lodge Six is near Rhostrehwfa, about 20 minutes drive from Menai Bridge. It's one of a small group of lodges, but they're spaced out so it feels private. Each one is detached.
It's a single-storey lodge so there are no stairs. It sleeps four in one bedroom, which has a double bed and bunk beds. There's one bathroom with a shower. It's got a 5 Star rating, which really shows in the finish. The kitchen is very well kitted out and everything feels solid and new.
You've got your own decking area with seating, good for a morning coffee. The site is quiet, just fields around.
Llangefni is the nearest town, about a 10 minute drive. It has supermarkets, a few shops, and places to eat. For a day out, Newborough Forest and beach is about 25 minutes away. You can walk through the forest to the dunes and the beach, and out to Llanddwyn Island at low tide. It's a really good spot.
Red Wharf Bay is about 15 minutes north, a big sandy bay. The coastal path runs right past it. For boat trips, Beaumaris is probably your best bet, that's about 25 minutes drive. You can also get to the RibRide place for speedboat trips from there.
In terms of facilities, it has everything you'd need: WiFi, TV, dishwasher, parking right outside. All bedding and towels are included. It's not a pet-friendly lodge.
