Pant Y Mel is our place in Llanbedrgoch on Anglesey. It's a barn we converted. The track down to it is private, a bit bumpy in places, but any car will get you there.
It sleeps five. Three bedrooms and one bathroom. The bathroom has a seat in the shower and grab rails, so it's fairly practical. It's got a 4 Star rating.
The cottage is detached and looks out over fields. You get your own garden with a decked area. The view from there is across to the Snowdonia mountains.
We live next door on the smallholding. We've got about 22 acres here. There are chickens, a few horses, and our dogs. You might hear the animals, or see them from the windows.
Inside, it's open plan downstairs. There's a washing machine, the WiFi works, and bedding and towels are included. We can take up to two dogs.
The location is rural. The Cors Goch National Nature Reserve is right next to the property. The nearest shop and pub are about two and a half miles away.
You're about four miles from Red Wharf Bay and Benllech, which have good sandy beaches. There's a lot to do if you drive for half an hour. The Plas Newydd house and gardens are nearby. You've got Beaumaris Castle for history, run by Cadw. For boat trips to see puffins and seals, you'd go out from places like Bull Bay or Moelfre.
For walking, the Anglesey Coastal Path is easy to get to. There's local fishing and a few golf courses not far.
