Swallow Cottage is in Tynygongl, on Anglesey. It's a detached stone barn conversion. It's got its own garden and there's one other cottage on the same bit of land, Seaview Cottage.
It sleeps four, two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 5 Star rating. The main living space is open plan, with a wood burner. There's a kitchen, dining area and a sofa area all in one room. French doors open out to the patio.
The stairs are oak and a bit bespoke, which means they're not the standard steep cottage stairs, they're quite gentle. Both bedrooms are upstairs. The bathroom has a bath and a separate walk-in shower.
It's on a quiet country lane between Tynygongl and Marianglas. You can walk to Benllech village in about fifteen minutes. There's a shop, a couple of places to eat, and a bowling green there. The nearest beach is Benllech, which is sandy and good for swimming.
A public footpath runs right past the property and connects to the coastal path. You can walk to Traeth Bychan beach from the door in maybe twenty minutes. For other beaches, like Lligwy or Moelfre, you'd want to drive. They're only a few miles away.
In terms of things to do nearby, the whole coast is good for walking. You can see seals at Moelfre. For a day out, Beaumaris is about a twenty minute drive. It's got a castle and a pier. The National Trust looks after a few places on the island, like Penrhyn Castle, which is about half an hour away by car.
What's included: all bedding and towels, WiFi, a TV, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. Parking is right outside. The property is wheelchair accessible to get in, but the bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs. Sorry, no pets.
