Pant Y Corn is in Tynygongl on Anglesey. It's a detached cottage, set back from the road in its own bit of land. The garden is enclosed and gets the sun most of the day. It's surrounded by fields and a bit of woodland, so it's quiet. You hear a lot of birds.
The cottage sleeps four. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. It feels spacious inside. The main room is open plan with the kitchen and dining area. There's an inglenook fireplace with a multi-fuel burner. It makes the room very cosy if the weather turns. One of the bathrooms has a freestanding hip bath on feet. It's a period style.
You're about three miles from the beach at Benllech. Benllech is a small seaside village. It has the basics: a shop, a post office, a bank, and fuel. The beach is sandy and good for families. For a bigger shop, Llangefni is about seven miles away.
Moelfre is a few minutes' drive up the coast. It's a nice little fishing village on the cliffs. There are rocky bays and sandy beaches there too. The area is good for coastal walking. About a mile inland from Moelfre is Lligwy Burial Chamber, which is the remains of an old settlement.
In terms of facilities, it has a washing machine, a BBQ, satellite TV, and parking on site. Bedding and towels are included. One well-behaved pet is welcome. The entrance is wheelchair accessible and the main facilities are on the ground floor.
