This place is called Ivy. It's in Wern y Wylan on Anglesey. It's a ground floor apartment in a big old house.
The house was built by some chap called Sir Harry Verney a long time ago. It's a nice looking building. They've split it into a few flats now.
It sleeps five people. Three bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 3 Star rating. So it's clean and comfortable, but not fancy. Everything is on the ground floor which is handy.
You're in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. There's a shared patio out the back with a barbecue. It's quiet, just fields and trees.
The beach at Red Wharf Bay is about half a mile down the lane. It's a sandy beach, good for a walk. You can walk there.
The nearest pub is a mile away. The nearest shop and proper restaurant are in Benllech, about three miles. There's a golf course nearby if that's your thing. Horse riding is local too.
Beaumaris is about fifteen minutes by car. It's got a good castle, proper medieval. Plenty of places to eat there too.
For days out, you've got the whole island coast. The Sea Zoo is popular if you've got kids. Or you can drive into Snowdonia, it's less than an hour to get into the mountains.
Facilities: It's got a dishwasher, TV, wifi. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair. Parking is right outside. You can bring up to three dogs.
