Bank House
Bank House is in Beaumaris, on Anglesey. It's a Georgian townhouse, so it looks tall and narrow from the street. You're right on the waterfront, looking across the Menai Strait to Snowdonia.
It sleeps nine, over five bedrooms. There are two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's big and comfortable, but it's an old house, so mind your head on some of the doorways. The stairs are also quite typical for a place like this.
You literally cross the road and you're by the sea. The kids can go crabbing off the pier. Beaumaris Castle is a five minute walk away, and it's very good. Plas Newydd is about a 20 minute drive. The town has plenty of shops, cafes and a few restaurants. The local pub is about 50 yards away.
If you want to go out on the water, there are boat trips from the pier. They go to Puffin Island sometimes. For a wider day out, Snowdonia National Park is just over the bridges. That's about a 30 minute drive to some of the main spots.
Facilities: it has a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and a TV. There's parking on site. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. You can bring up to two dogs.
