Haulfryn Cottage is in Llandegfan, on Anglesey. It's attached to the side of our house. The house is Victorian, but the cottage is new. You have your own garden that looks out over the Menai Straits.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, and two bathrooms, which is handy. It's got a 4 Star rating. The main living space is open plan with a wood burner. There's a hot tub outside.
The stairs are quite steep and narrow. That's just how it had to be built. Something to be aware of if you have older guests or very young children.
You're about half a mile from a shop and a pub. Menai Bridge is three quarters of a mile for more choice. Beaumaris is three miles away, with the castle and the seafront.
Some of the best beaches, like Benllech or Newborough, are about a twenty minute drive. The Anglesey Coastal Path goes right past the cottage. Snowdonia is about half an hour by car if you fancy a day in the mountains.
For garden visits, the Plas Cadnant Hidden Garden is very close. Bodnant Garden is further but worth the trip if that's your thing.
Facilities include WiFi, TV, a dishwasher and washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. There's on-site parking. We allow one well-behaved dog.
