Haulfryn Cottage is in Llandegfan on Anglesey. It's next to our house, in the garden. It looks straight out over the Menai Straits.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms which is handy. It's a modern build so it feels quite spacious inside, and you've got an open plan living area with a wood burner. The hot tub is on the patio. You get the garden to yourselves.
There's a shop, a pub and a restaurant about half a mile away. Menai Bridge is a bit closer, maybe three quarters of a mile. You can walk it in 15 minutes. They've got a supermarket and a few places to eat there.
The Anglesey Coastal Path goes right past the cottage so you can get straight onto it. We're about a 20 minute drive from some of the best beaches on the island, like Newborough and Benllech.
Beaumaris is three miles away. It's got the castle, a pier, and a few decent shops. The Plas Newydd House and Gardens are nearby if you like that sort of thing.
Snowdonia is about a 30 minute drive if you want to go into the mountains. The Snowdonia National Park site has walking routes and so on.
Facilities wise: everything's included, bedding and towels. Washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi. Parking on site. Highchair and cot are here if you need them. One well-behaved dog is welcome.
