Rosedale

Rosedale is in Benllech, on Anglesey. It's a detached house, so you're on your own. It's about five minutes to walk to the beach. The path down is straightforward.

The house sleeps ten. There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's bright and there's good space for a big group. The stairs are steep. Just so you know.

You're right in the village. There's a shop, a couple of pubs and some takeaways about a minute's walk away. The beach is sandy and slopes gently, so it's good for kids.

Benllech is a typical seaside spot. For something quieter, Moelfre is a few miles along the coast. It's a proper fishing village with a lifeboat station. Beaumaris is about twenty minutes by car. The castle and the pier there are worth a look.

Anglesey is good for cycling and walking. The coastal path runs right past. You can drive to the other side of the island easily. The RSPB reserve at South Stack is about forty minutes away if you like birdwatching.

The bridge to the mainland is close. You can be in Snowdonia in half an hour if you fancy mountains.

For facilities: it's got a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and parking for a few cars. The garden is enclosed. You can bring one well-behaved dog. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them.
