Beudy Bach

Beudy Bach is a cottage on a farm just outside Caernarfon. It's one of a row of barns we converted, on a working farm. You'll see sheep and tractors.

It's a one bedroom place, sleeps two. All on one level, so no stairs. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well-equipped, but it's still a converted farm building. The walls are thick.

The cottage looks out over the farmyard and fields towards Caernarfon. You can see the castle from some spots outside. The garden is enclosed, it's yours to use.

Caernarfon is about two miles away. You can drive or walk in along the country lane. The castle is the main thing there. It's a proper medieval fortress. You can get all the details on the Cadw website.

You're in a good spot for getting about. Snowdon and Llanberis are about a twenty minute drive. The Snowdon Mountain Railway starts there. Surf Snowdonia, the artificial surfing lake, is about fifteen minutes away in the other direction.

Anglesey is just over the bridge, maybe twenty five minutes to the beaches. The National Trust has a few places along that coast.

In the cottage you've got a washing machine, dishwasher, TV, and WiFi. The bed is made up for you with towels. There's parking right outside. No pets, sorry. We can provide a cot and highchair if you need one.

The farm is quiet at night. You might hear an owl or the sheep. The shop and nearest pub are back in Caernarfon.
