Yr Wyddfa

Yr Wyddfa is one of three cottages in The Old School, which is an old schoolhouse. You get a view of Caernarfon Castle from the front of the property. It's on the edge of the town, so you can easily walk down to the shops and seafront.

The cottage sleeps six. Three bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's clean and cosy. The ceilings in the main space are high because it used to be a school hall, which gives it a nice feel. The stairs up to the bedrooms are solid, but fairly narrow.

You've got a small, enclosed garden with a table and chairs. It gets the sun in the evening. Parking is on site for two cars.

Caernarfon town centre is a five minute walk. The castle is obviously the big draw. There's a good choice of pubs, cafes, and a decent chip shop. Anglesey is just over the bridge. Llanberis, at the foot of Snowdon, is about fifteen minutes by car. You can get the mountain railway up from there. For something different, Zip World is half an hour away.

Inside, there's a washing machine, WiFi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome.
