This is Gadlas. It's a barn conversion in Dinas, near Caernarfon in North Wales. It's all on one floor, which is handy. You get nice views over the fields from the living room. You can actually see the turrets of Caernarfon Castle from the window, which is a bit special.
It sleeps six people. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It's a 5 Star place, so it's well finished and comfortable. It's one of a pair of barns, but you've got your own space. They can be booked together if you're a bigger group.
The place has pretty much everything you'd need: WiFi, TV, a dishwasher, washing machine, and your bedding and towels are included. There's parking right outside. There's a BBQ and a place to store bikes. No pets, I'm afraid.
There's a pub and a restaurant about half a mile away. The Welsh Highland Steam Railway stops at Dinas station, which is a short walk from the cottage. You can get the steam train down to Porthmadog from there.
You're in a good spot here. Caernarfon with its castle is about three miles. Welsh Highland Railway. Llanberis, where you can get the train up Snowdon, is about eight miles by road. You can see the mountain from here. For something different, Zip World is about half an hour's drive. Anglesey is about ten miles away, and the beaches of the Llyn Peninsula start about fourteen miles off.
