Y Nyth Yn Bwthyn Coed Gellyg

The lodge is called Y Nyth Yn Bwthyn Coed Gellyg. I just call it the lodge. It's in Dinas Dinlle, right on the North Wales coast.

It sleeps four people. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. One of the bedrooms has its own small toilet and basin. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well-equipped.

The main thing about it is the garden. It's big and fully enclosed, which is good because we accept up to three dogs. There's decking with seating out there.

Inside, it's all open plan. The living space feels very spacious. There's a large corner sofa. The bedrooms are done up nicely with good mattresses.

You can walk to the beach from here. It's about half a mile. The views from the beach across to Anglesey and the Llyn Peninsula are good.

Caernarfon Castle is about eight miles away. It's a proper fortress. You've got Snowdonia National Park on the doorstep for walking. The Welsh Highland Railway runs from Porthmadog, which is about a 30-minute drive. Pwllheli and Criccieth are along that coast too.

For facilities: there's an electric vehicle charger, on-site parking, WiFi, a TV, and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. There's a BBQ and a shed for bike storage.
