Chapel Cottage is in Clynnog Fawr, on the Llyn Peninsula. It's a converted chapel, so the main room is big with high ceilings. It sleeps eight, but there are only three bedrooms, so some beds are in the main room or on a mezzanine. It's fine for families but you aren't all getting separate bedrooms.
There's one bathroom. The stairs to the mezzanine are steep, like a ship's ladder.
The main windows look out over the sea. You get a small enclosed courtyard outside.
The beach is about three minutes' walk away. It's a pebble beach, not sand, but it's quiet. The proper sandy beaches are a short drive. Dinas Dinlle is about ten minutes down the road.
You're well placed for the peninsula. Caernarfon is fifteen minutes away for the castle and shops. Porthdinllaen, where the Ty Coch Inn is, is about half an hour. The Coastal Path is right there if you want to walk.
For days out, Snowdonia is on your doorstep. Wales Coast Path has details. National Trust Wales looks after some local places too.
Inside, it's got what you'd expect. Wood burner, dishwasher, washing machine, TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking for a couple of cars. You can bring up to two dogs.
