Red
The cottage is called Red. It's in Trefor, on the north coast of the Llyn Peninsula. There are three cottages together: Red, Blue, and Yellow. They're all next to each other.
It's a simple place. Two bedrooms, one bathroom, sleeps four. The rating is 3 Star, so it's clean and comfortable but not luxurious. You can bring one dog.
The location is the main thing. It's on National Trust land. The road just ends here, so there's no traffic at all. It's very quiet. The view from the front is straight out to sea, over the fields. The coast path runs right past the gate.
A few hundred yards down the lane there are steps that go straight down to the beach. It's pebbly.
Trefor village has a small shop you can walk to. For a bigger supermarket, you'll need to drive. There's a golf course in the village too.
The coast path is your main walking route. Inland, you're at the foot of Yr Eifl mountains. You're right on the edge of Snowdonia National Park. It's about a half hour drive to the main park.
Dinas Dinlle beach is ten minutes away by car. It's sandy. Caernarfon with the castle is about twenty minutes drive. Abersoch and Pwllheli are maybe twenty five minutes.
At the cottage, there's a washing machine, a garden area, and parking. Bedding and towels are included.
