The Lobster Pot
The Lobster Pot is in Trefor, which is a small village right on the coast. It's a terraced cottage, one of a few in a row, and it used to be a fisherman's house. It looks straight out over the harbour.
It sleeps three. Two bedrooms, one bathroom with a shower. It's got a 3 Star rating, so it's clean and comfortable. It isn't fancy.
The view is the main thing. You can sit in the front room or on the patio and watch the boats. The coastal path goes right past the front door. The beach is about 50 yards down.
Trefor itself is quiet. There's a local shop about half a mile away. For a pub or a restaurant, you'd need to drive about ten minutes. Caernarfon is a 15-20 minute drive. It's got everything: the castle, shops, places to eat. The Welsh Highland Railway starts there too.
You're on the edge of Snowdonia. It's about a 30 minute drive to the heart of the park for walking. Llanberis is roughly 25 minutes away. For the coast, the Llŷn Peninsula is right there.
What's here: there's a dishwasher, a TV, an enclosed patio garden out the back, and parking for one car on site. Bedding and towels are included. No pets, I'm afraid.
