The Lobster Pot is in Trefor, right on the harbour. It's a terraced cottage, one of the old fisherman's ones. The view from the front is straight out over the water to Anglesey.
It sleeps three. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's a 3 Star place. That means it's clean and comfortable, not luxurious. The bathroom has a shower, no bath.
You're about 50 yards from the beach. The coastal path goes right past the door. The garden is enclosed, which is handy if you've got a dog. Sorry, no pets allowed though.
There's a shop about half a mile up the road. For a pub or restaurant, you're looking at a ten minute drive. Caernarfon is the nearest proper town, about twenty minutes away. It's got everything: shops, places to eat, pubs, and the castle.
You're on the edge of Snowdonia. It's about a twenty minute drive to get into the heart of the national park for walking. For beaches, you've got loads along this coast. The inland areas are good for mountain biking and that sort of thing. There's a narrow gauge railway at Caernarfon too.
Facilities: there's a dishwasher, a TV, and parking for one car on site. Bedding and towels are included.
