Gelli Gron (Open Pastures)
Gelli Gron is in Llanarmon, near Criccieth. It's a detached farmhouse set in fields with views out over pastureland. You get the garden to yourselves.
The house sleeps eight. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, one of them is an en-suite. It's a 4 Star place, so it's well equipped and comfortable. The main kitchen is big with a long table. There are two separate sitting rooms.
It’s a rural spot, so it's quiet. The lane out front is good for walks. Llangybi village is a short walk away and has an old church with St Cybi’s well.
Criccieth is your nearest proper town, about four miles. It has a castle, shops, places to eat, and a supermarket. The beach there is about five miles from the house.
The Llyn Peninsula is all around you for exploring. Good coastal walks are easy to find. For a bigger day out, Portmeirion is about a 25-minute drive. Snowdonia is roughly half an hour away if you fancy the mountains.
For facilities: there's a washing machine, dishwasher, cot and highchair if you need them, bedding is included, and there's parking on site. There's also WiFi and a BBQ. No pets, sorry.
