Fron Erch Cottages are in Abererch, up in Gwynedd. It's a pair of cottages next to each other, used to be stables. They're on a smallholding, so it's quiet. You're about a fifteen minute walk to the beach.
It sleeps five. Three bedrooms upstairs, one bathroom downstairs. It's got a 3 Star rating. Everything works, it's clean and comfortable. The stairs are steep, typical for a cottage. There's a walk-in shower.
You've got your own patio and garden area. Parking is right there. There's a washing machine, WiFi, and a TV. Bedding is included. We can put a cot or highchair in if you need one.
The village shop and a pub are about two miles away in Pwllheli. Pwllheli itself has a leisure centre and a big marina if you're into boats.
You're right on the edge of the Llŷn Peninsula. The beaches around here are good, a mix of sand and rock. The Snowdonia National Park is about a half hour drive inland for walking. For local walks and the coast path, Visit Llŷn has maps.
You can go sailing, riding, or fishing nearby. There's golf and go-karting within a twenty minute drive too.
