26 Pine Lodge

26 Pine Lodge is on the Hafan y Mor park, just outside Pwllheli. It's a detached lodge, so no one's right next to you.

It sleeps six. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, which is handy. It's got a 3 Star rating, so it's comfortable and clean but not luxury. The main living area is open plan.

You've got a patio with some outdoor furniture. It gets the sun in the afternoon.

The park itself is busy. There's an indoor pool with slides and a lazy river. You can hire bikes and segways on site. There are a few places to eat and drink right there, so you don't always have to drive.

The beach is about a 15 minute walk away. It's a big, sandy beach that goes on for miles.

Pwllheli is five minutes down the road. It's got a harbour, supermarkets, shops, and a golf course. For a good pub right on the sand, you want the Ty Coch at Porthdinllaen. It's about a 20 minute drive.

You're well placed for exploring the Llyn Peninsula. Abersoch is nearby for watersports and cafes. Criccieth and its castle are a short drive. Portmeirion is about half an hour away. For steam trains, the Welsh Highland Railway starts in Porthmadog, which is also around 30 minutes.

Snowdonia is right there if you want mountains. The coastal path is good for walking and you might see seals.

In terms of what's here: all the bedding and towels are included, there's WiFi, a TV, parking right outside, and a washing machine. You can bring one well-behaved dog.
