Waterwynch

Waterwynch is in Criccieth, right on the high street. It's an apartment on two floors inside the old St Deiniol's Church building. It's got a 4 Star rating.

It sleeps four. Two bedrooms downstairs, one double and one with bunk beds. The bathroom is on that floor too. The bunk room has a games table built into it. Upstairs is all one space: kitchen, dining table, and living area. There are two steps up from the kitchen part to the sofa part.

The owner is a carpenter, so all the furniture and fittings are bespoke. It's very well made.

You're a couple of minutes' walk from the beach and the castle. The high street is literally outside, so you've got shops, cafes, and a few pubs right there. You can park on site.

It's good for just parking the car and not using it again. If you do drive, Porthmadog is about ten minutes away. The Ffestiniog Railway is there. National Trust Snowdonia has a lot of local walks and places to visit. The Llyn Peninsula is about a half hour drive for more beaches.

Facilities: there's a washing machine, Wi-Fi, and bedding and towels are included. No pets.
