Waterwynch

Waterwynch is in Criccieth, on the North Wales coast. It's on the first and second floor of the old St Deiniol's Church, which is a listed building. It sleeps four.

There are two bedrooms and one bathroom on the first floor you come into. One bedroom has a double bed and looks out towards the sea. The other has custom-made bunk beds with a games table tucked underneath them.

Upstairs is the kitchen, dining, and living area all in one open space. It's a good size. There are two steps between the kitchen and the living area, so it's not all on one level.

The owner is a carpenter, so a lot of the furniture and fittings are bespoke. You can see the work that's gone into it. It's a 4 Star place, which means it's comfortable and well-finished.

The beach is a few minutes' walk away. The town centre is also close, with shops and places to eat. You can park on site.

Facilities include a washing machine, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are provided. No pets.

For local walks and history, Visit Wales has good information. The National Trust looks after a lot of the coastline and castles nearby.

Portmeirion is about ten minutes' drive away. The Lln Peninsula is good for coastal driving. Snowdonia is within half an hour if you want mountains.
