Dutch Barn One

It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one kingsize and one twin, and two bathrooms. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's well-finished and comfortable. Everything is on one level inside, which is good for accessibility, but there's a step down into the private courtyard.
The courtyard is enclosed and has a hot tub, a patio area, and a BBQ. It's private. The living space is open plan, modern, and clean.
The beach and Criccieth Castle are about ten minutes away by car. The nearest shop and pub are over two miles, so you'll likely drive. Porthmadog is about five miles, that's where you can get the Ffestiniog Railway up into the mountains. The Snowdonia National Park authority site is useful for planning walks. Portmeirion is about twenty minutes away.
For facilities: bedding and towels are included, there's a washing machine and dishwasher, WiFi, and parking right outside. There's a cot, highchair, and stairgate if needed. It accepts up to two dogs. There's an electric vehicle charger.
