Gell Cottage
This is Gell Cottage. It's near Criccieth in North Wales. It's a single-storey stone barn, so all on one level. The house is detached but it's next to our place. You get to use the garden, which is about an acre. It's got a patio area.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms. It's a 5 Star place, which means it's been checked and everything's in good order. It's comfortable and clean.
Criccieth itself is about a mile away. Decent shops there, a few pubs and cafes. The beach is sandy and good for kids. The castle is right on the seafront. Worth a look.
You're on the edge of the Llŷn Peninsula here. The coastal path goes right past. Good for walking. The mountains of Snowdonia are about a half hour drive if you want to go higher up.
Porthmadog is ten minutes down the road. They've got the steam railways there, the Ffestiniog and the Welsh Highland. You can get a train up to Caernarfon from there.
For facilities: it's got a dishwasher, washing machine, TV with satellite, and WiFi. Parking is right outside. Bedding and towels are included. We can put a cot and highchair in if you need them. Sorry, no pets.
