Mountain View is on the main road into Morfa Bychan in North Wales. It's a modern brick house. The garden is out the back, it's enclosed and you get sun most of the day. From there, a gate leads onto a path straight down to Black Rock Sands beach. It's about a 15 minute walk.
The house sleeps six. Three bedrooms upstairs, one bathroom with a walk-in shower. It's a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well looked after. The living space is open plan, which is good if you've got kids with you.
You're right by the beach. Black Rock Sands is massive, two miles long, with dunes and rock pools. You can drive onto it as well if you prefer. The road can be busy in summer, just so you know. There's a pub within walking distance.
Porthmadog is two miles away for shops and places to eat. It's also where the Welsh Highland Railway station is. Portmeirion, the Italian village, is about 15 minutes by car.
You're on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park. It's about a 20 minute drive to the foot of Snowdon itself. Harlech Castle is 12 miles down the coast, a UNESCO World Heritage site.
For facilities, it's got the normal stuff: washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV, parking for two cars. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs.
