Dwyfor is on Aberkin farm, just outside Llanystumdwy. It's a single-storey cottage, so everything's on the ground floor. It used to be a farm building, so the walls are thick and the rooms are straightforward. It's got a 4 Star rating.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom with a walk-in shower. It's wheelchair accessible through the main door and the shower is suitable too.
The cottage looks out onto the farmyard. You'll see the animals coming and going. It's a working farm, so there might be some noise from tractors, but it's quiet in the evenings. You have your own patio area with a table.
Criccieth is about a mile and a half away. The beach there is sandy and sheltered, good for families. There's a castle you can visit. The town has shops, a few places to eat, and a couple of pubs.
You're right on the edge of the Llŷn Peninsula. Snowdonia is only a few miles inland if you want mountains. For walking, the coast path is very close. The rivers Dwyfor and Dwyfach run through the farm land down to the sea.
Facilities inside: there's a dishwasher, TV, wifi, and bedding is included. Parking is right outside. There's a shared kids' play area on the farm. No pets allowed.
