The Stable
The Stable is out here in Abererch, on the family farm. It's an old stable block we converted, so it's a single-storey bungalow. Everything's on the ground floor. You'll see the cows in the fields.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's in good nick, warm and clean. The wifi works fine but it's a farm, so don't expect lightning speeds.
The garden is enclosed, which is handy if you're bringing dogs. We allow two. There's parking right outside.
You're a mile from the beach. It's a proper sand and sea beach, good for walking. The main road and a cycle path are just across from the farm lane, so you can walk or cycle along the coast.
The local pub is about two and a half miles away. Pwllheli is close for shops, and it's got a marina. Criccieth is only two miles, with the castle. Abersoch is 15 minutes by car if you're into that scene. Portmeirion is the same sort of distance.
We're a working farm, so if you're bringing horses, we can sort grazing and stabling. You need to arrange that with us beforehand, and there's an extra cost.
Inside, there's a washing machine and a TV. Bedding is provided but there's a charge for it. There's a gym on the farm you're welcome to use.
