Ffron Erch Cottages

Ffron Erch are two cottages side by side, on the edge of the village of Abererch. They were converted from what used to be stables. They're on a smallholding, so it's quiet here. You'll see horses and chickens around. You're about a fifteen minute drive from the beach.

Each cottage sleeps four people, with two bedrooms and one bathroom. They have a 3 Star rating, which means everything works and it's clean, but don't expect anything fancy. The layout is basic and comfortable.

You've got your own little patio area with a bench. Parking is right outside on the gravel. Inside, there's a washing machine, a TV, and Wi-Fi. Bedding is included. We have a cot and a highchair if you need them.

The nearest shop and pub are about two miles away in Pwllheli. That's a small market town with a leisure centre and a marina. For a proper beach day, you've got lots of choice on the Lleyn Peninsula. It's all sea views and headlands around here. National Trust Wales has details on a lot of them.

If you want to go inland, Snowdonia is about a 30 minute drive. You can get to the entrance of the national park quite easily for walks. Snowdonia National Park is the site for that.

There are places nearby for sailing, horse riding, fishing, and golf. You'd need to drive to them.

The cottages are next to each other, so they're good for two families or a group of friends travelling together. They're identical. No pets allowed, sorry.
