Llys Cyngar
This is Llys Cyngar. It's in Morfa Bychan, just outside Porthmadog in North Wales. It's a detached house.
It sleeps nine people. There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms. It's got a 3 Star rating, so it's comfortable and clean. Everything works.
The main thing is the space. The front garden is over an acre. It's not manicured, it's just a big, open field. Good for kids to run around in. There's a patio with a hot tub and a barbecue.
Inside, it's spacious. The living room has an open fire for cooler evenings. There's a TV, WiFi, a dishwasher and a washing machine.
Location is easy. You're next to the golf course. The beach at Black Rock Sands is a few minutes walk away. It's a huge sandy beach and you can drive onto it, which is handy if you've got a lot of stuff. The village has a shop and a pub within walking distance.
You can walk to Porthmadog along the coast path in about 40 minutes, or it's a two minute drive. Porthmadog has supermarkets, cafes, and the station for the Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland steam railways. A trip on one of those is a good day out.
Plenty to do within half an hour. Portmeirion village is strange and interesting. Harlech Castle is along the coast. The Llyn Peninsula is quieter, with small beaches. For bigger attractions, Zip World at Blaenau Ffestiniog is about 25 minutes drive.
Practical stuff: Bedding and towels are included. There's on-site parking. You can bring up to two dogs. We provide a cot, highchair and stairgate if you need them.
