Estuary View is on the harbour in Porthmadog. It's one of a row of houses on the quiet end of the wharf. You look out over the Glaslyn estuary towards Snowdonia. It's a good spot.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms, which is handy. It's got a 3 Star rating. It's comfortable and well looked after, not a show home. The living room and kitchen are upstairs to make the most of the view. There's a private balcony off it and a sun deck downstairs. There's a shared terrace along the harbour wall as well, if you fancy sitting out there.
You can walk into the town centre in a few minutes. There are shops, pubs and restaurants. The nearest beach is about two miles, at Black Rock Sands. It's a big, sandy beach you can drive onto.
The Ffestiniog Railway station is just down the road. You can get the little steam train up into the mountains from there. Portmeirion, that Italian-looking village, is about a mile away. It's worth a look. Snowdonia is right on the doorstep for walking. You can drive to Criccieth, Harlech or Caernarfon castles inside half an hour. The big activity places like Zip World are about a 20 minute drive inland, towards Blaenau Ffestiniog.
For facilities: there's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi and parking for one car on site. Bedding is included. No pets, sorry.
