Bod Eithin is in Harlech. It's a detached house. You can't miss it. It's right next to the Royal St David's Golf Course. The beach is about ten minutes walk away.
It sleeps twelve, in four bedrooms, with three bathrooms. The rating is 4 Star. It's comfortable for a group, but it's not a show home. The garden is fully enclosed and there's parking on the drive.
It's got the things you need. Washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair. Dogs are welcome, up to three.
The living room is big enough for everyone to sit. The kitchen tables seat twelve. The patio outside has bench seating for twelve as well. There's a hot tub.
The location is the main thing. You can walk to the beach, which is long and sandy. The town is a short walk the other way. There's a shop, a pub that does food, and some restaurants. Harlech Castle is up on the rock behind the house. It's a Cadw site.
You're in the Snowdonia National Park. For a day out, Portmeirion is about twenty minutes drive north. The Ffestiniog Railway is in Porthmadog, which is the same sort of distance. Snowdonia National Park has information on walks and things to do. Coed y Brenin forest park is good for mountain biking, about half an hour inland.
Aberdaron and the Llyn Peninsula are an hour or so away if you want a long drive for the day. The mountains are right there. You can see them from the back garden.
