This is Sun Rise Lodge No 10, in Llanbedr. It's a modern, single-storey lodge in a quiet, private park of similar properties. It's detached, so no shared walls. You've got your own patio and garden area, and the hot tub is right out there.
It sleeps seven. There are three bedrooms and each one has its own bathroom, which is really handy with a group. Everything's on the ground floor. It has a 4 Star rating, which means it's well-equipped and comfortable.
The place is very open plan inside. Kitchen, dining area, and living space all in one big room. It's got a dishwasher and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. Parking is right outside.
There's a shop and a pub about 200 yards from the park entrance. The pub does food. The beach at Llanbedr is about a mile away. It's a good, sandy beach.
You're right in the Snowdonia National Park. The walking and cycling around here is the main reason people come. Harlech is five miles up the road. The castle is worth a visit, and there's a championship golf course. Harlech Castle is run by Cadw. Barmouth is about eight miles south, with its harbour and a long bridge across the estuary.
No pets, I'm afraid.
