Bwthyn Bach is a converted barn on the edge of Dyffryn Ardudwy. It's semi-detached. Sleeps two, one bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 5 Star rating which basically means it's new, clean, and everything works.
All on one floor, which is handy. The open plan bit has a kitchen with a breakfast bar, a sofa, and a TV. The bedroom has a kingsize bed. The bathroom is a good size and the shower is powerful, which isn't always the case.
Outside, there's a small private patio with a view of the sea. There's also a bigger garden you share with two other cottages. You can bring up to two dogs.
The village shop is a few minutes walk. The pub and a restaurant are about half a mile away. Morfa Dyffryn beach is a mile down the road. It's a sandy beach, good for a walk.
You can walk from the door straight onto the old railway line path. It's flat, good for cycling or a gentle stroll. Dolgellau is one way, Barmouth the other. Harlech Castle is about ten minutes by car. For bigger walks, you're right on the edge of Snowdonia National Park.
It's got the things you'd expect: WiFi, parking, a washing machine, a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. Bicycle storage if you need it.
