Llety Clyd
Llety Clyd is in Barmouth, on the high street. It's one street back from the beach, so the sea's really close but you're not right on the front. You go in through your own side door off the street.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's been done up recently so it's in good order.
The main living space is open plan on the first floor. Big windows. The kitchen's there too, it's modern and has a dishwasher.
The stairs go up to the bedrooms and bathrooms. One bathroom has a walk-in shower, the other has a shower and a separate bath. The bedrooms are spread over two floors, so there's a bit of space between them.
Being on the high street is handy. You can walk to cafes and restaurants easily. The beach is a two minute walk. For a longer walk, the Panorama Walk starts nearby. You can also walk or cycle across the Barmouth Bridge into the Mawddach estuary. It's a good spot.
Harlech is about fifteen minutes drive north. The castle is impressive. Harlech Castle is worth a visit if you like that sort of thing. Porthmadog and Portmeirion are within half an hour south. Dolgellau is inland, about twenty minutes.
Facilities: there's on-site parking for one car, which is a bonus in Barmouth. WiFi, TV, washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. No pets, sorry.
