This is Ty Newydd, in Llwyngwril. It's a detached stone cottage, sleeps eight, with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating.
The house is on the edge of the village, so it's quiet, but the shop and the pub are about a minute's walk away. The beach is maybe a ten minute walk. It's a pebble and sand beach, good for a proper paddle.
For a big day out, you can drive up into Snowdonia National Park. Cadair Idris is very close, and Snowdon is about an hour's drive. The Talyllyn Railway starts in Tywyn, just a few miles south. There's also Coed y Brenin forest for mountain biking, about half an hour away.
Inside, it's roomy. There's a games room in the outbuilding, which is handy if the weather turns. The main room has a woodburning stove. We leave wood for you. There's a dishwasher and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included.
The parking is on-site, right outside. No pets, sorry.
