Rhosmair
This is Rhosmair. It's a detached house in Llanaber, just outside Barmouth. The main thing is the view. You look straight out to sea from the front. There's a patio out there so you can sit with it.
It sleeps eight in four bedrooms, with two bathrooms. It's got a 3 Star rating, so it's comfortable and clean but not a show home. You can bring two dogs.
You can walk into Barmouth in a few minutes. There are pubs and places to eat about 200 yards away. The beach is sandy and about a five minute walk. There's a funfair and things for kids.
If you like walking, the Barmouth Bridge goes right over the estuary. From there you can get on the Mawddach Trail, which follows the old railway line to Dolgellau. It's a flat path, good for bikes too.
You're in a good spot for getting about. Snowdonia is right there. Cader Idris is the big mountain you can see. The Fairbourne and Talyllyn steam railways are about a half hour drive. Harlech Castle is about twenty minutes south. Portmeirion is maybe forty minutes north. For bigger days out, Zip World and Bounce Below are within an hour's drive inland.
The house has a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi and TV. There's a cot, highchair and stairgate if you need them. All the bedding and towels are included. The garden is enclosed so it's safe for kids or dogs.
