Cae-Fadog Fach is up above Barmouth, on the headland. It's detached, so you've got your own space. The main thing is the view. You'll see the Eryri mountains right across the Mawddach estuary and out to sea.
It sleeps six across three bedrooms and there are two bathrooms. One bedroom is upstairs, a double with its own bathroom and a balcony. That's where the best view is from, to be honest. The place has a 5 Star rating. It's comfortable, nothing's missing.
The garden is big and slopes down, looking over the estuary at the front. Out the back gate, you're straight onto the Panorama Walk. You can follow that up into the hills and it joins paths into Eryri National Park. You don't need to drive to start a good walk.
Barmouth itself is down the hill. The town has shops, pubs, a long beach. The Mawddach Trail is flat cycling or walking along the old railway line. There's a local golf course.
For a day out, Harlech and its castle are about 20 minutes north. Harlech Castle is worth seeing. Portmeirion is roughly half an hour north too.
As for what's here: the fireplace works, there's a dishwasher and washing machine, WiFi, TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. Plenty of parking. No pets, sorry.
