Cae-Fadog Fach is on the headland above Barmouth. It's detached, so no neighbours attached. The main thing is the view. You look out over the Mawddach estuary, the mountains, and the sea.
It sleeps six in three bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, which helps. One bedroom is upstairs with its own ensuite and a balcony. That's the one with the best view.
The garden is big and looks down towards the water. There's parking. Inside, it's got what you need: washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, a wood burner. Towels and bedding are included. There's a cot and highchair if you need them.
It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's well-equipped and finished to a high standard.
The town is about half a mile down the hill for shops and a pub. You're right on the Panorama Walk, which is good for a stroll. For longer walks, the Eryri National Park starts almost from the back door. The beach and the golf course are close by.
You can drive into Barmouth itself in a few minutes. For a day out, Harlech Castle is about 20 minutes up the coast. Portmeirion is maybe half an hour away. If you want railways, the Fairbourne and Bala Lake lines are nearby, and the main Cambrian Coast line runs through Barmouth.
