Erw Goed Hen Stabl
It's called Erw Goed Hen Stabl. It's in Arthog, in Snowdonia. It's a converted stable next to our old farmhouse.
The place sleeps four, but there's only one bedroom. It's all open-plan upstairs with beds along one wall. That's fine for a family or friends who don't mind. It has a three star rating, so it's comfortable but not luxurious.
You're right in the Snowdonia National Park. It feels a bit tucked away. You look out over fields. We've got chickens and ducks and bees here, so you can sometimes buy eggs and honey. There's about thirty acres of our land you can walk around. There's a little bothy and a campfire spot if you fancy cooking outside.
It's quiet. The shop and the nearest pub are about three miles away in Arthog village.
For the beach, Fairbourne and Barmouth are about three miles. The Mawddach Estuary is basically on the doorstep, which is great for a flat walk or watching the light change. Cadair Idris is about four miles if you want a proper mountain. Dolgellau is six miles, that's the nearest town with supermarkets and things.
Facilities: it's got a woodburner, wifi, a tv, a shower. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking. There's a cot. There's bike storage if you bring them. No pets.
